Technical Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work. Competencies: Technical Development: Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Technical Coaching: Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. Design Standard Application: Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices. Efficiency: Digitalization Roadmap Adoption: Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement Contribution: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization within their scope of work and suggesting improvements to existing processes. Innovation: Innovative Thinking: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing solutions or develop new approaches. Intellectual Property Awareness: Develop an understanding of intellectual property protection and contribute to the identification of potentially patentable inventions.
