Job Summary

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will play a critical role in powering our new product and technology development processes. You’ll own the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the digital tools and data that teams across the business rely on every day. Acting as the central connector between systems, data, and people, you will help identify and close process gaps, resolve system issues, and ensure information flows seamlessly across global teams. Your work will directly enable faster, more confident decision‑making, reduce operational risk, and accelerate program readiness. What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain high‑quality dashboards—along with the underlying data—so teams have clear, accurate insights for confident decision‑making across Product Development.

• Maintain and update structured checklists and templates that ensure product programs stay aligned and on track.
• Provide hands‑on training and support to help teams adopt tools successfully and unlock their full value.
