Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Services Senior Manager for IX Product Engineering Services - Digital Site Designing in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end engineering delivery for large-scale utilities projects, manage P&L, and drive digital transformation across the account.

You will partner with client and internal leaders to set strategic direction, govern KPIs and SLAs, and build capability across Power Systems, Asset Management, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large engineering or professional-services delivery portfolio.
• P&L ownership experience.
• Experience in KPI, SLA and outcome-based delivery.
• Workforce planning and large-scale hiring experience.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.
• Transformation, process improvement, or digital engineering experience.
• Experience in Utilities T&D and understanding OFGEM.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Client Governance: Own delivery across T&D Engineering, Power Systems, Network Reinforcement, Customer Connections, Asset Management, Project Controls, and Engineering Document Management; establish SLA and KPI governance; manage risks and escalations; lead performance reviews with senior client stakeholders.
• Commercial & Financial Management: Own contract-level P&L, revenue and margin management, forecasting, resource utilization, cost optimization and change control across multiple commercial models.
• Workforce & Capability Development: Build and execute workforce strategy; lead recruitment and ramp-up; create talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Transformation & Digital Engineering: Identify and implement productivity improvements via Analytics, AI, RPA, Power BI, and digital engineering to improve cost, quality, and turnaround time.
• Business Growth: Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, operating model design, and transition planning; identify service expansion opportunities.

What would you do?

• Industry X operations enables end-to-end operations integration through data & digital twin to operate client core processes and client product centric operations.
• Moving to an intelligent operating model powered by data, digital technologies and talent unlocked value at the seams.
• Lead large-scale engineering services for a leading Electricity Transmission & Distribution organization, with end-to-end accountability for delivery, commercial performance, workforce planning, and digital transformation. Partner with senior client and internal leadership to drive engineering outcomes supporting grid modernization, network reinforcement, and the energy transition.
• Build operational sites in desktop and mobile devices using HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks.

What are we looking for?

• 15+ years of experience managing large engineering or professional-Services delivery portfolio.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and outcome-based delivery.
• Workforce and capacity planning; large-scale hiring experience
• Strong client facing and executive C-Level communication skills
• Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or digital engineering.
• Experience in Utilities T&D and good understanding of OFGEM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1 Delivery & Client Governance Own delivery across T&D Engineering, Power Systems, Network Reinforcement, Customer Connections, Asset Management, Project Controls, and Engineering Document Management. Establish SLA and KPI governance, manage risks and escalations, and lead performance reviews with senior client stakeholders across Transmission, Distribution, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
• 2 Commercial & Financial Management Own contract-level P&L, revenue and margin management, forecasting, resource utilisation, cost optimisation, and change control across multiple commercial models. Drive robust commercial risk management.
• 3 Workforce & Capability Development Build and execute workforce strategy aligned to pipeline demand. Lead recruitment and ramp-up across Power Systems, Asset Management, Project Controls, Digital Engineering, and Analytics. Create talent pipelines and succession plans.
• 4 Transformation & Digital Engineering Identify and implement productivity improvements through Advanced Analytics, Agentic AI, RPA, Power BI, process automation, digital engineering, and standardisation to improve cost, quality, and turnaround time.
• 5 Business Growth Contribute to RFP and RFI responses, solutioning, operating model design, and transition planning. Identify service expansion opportunities across the account.
