Job summary

Apple is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to join the global eBusiness PMO within IS&T. You will own multiple cross-functional programs, translate business needs into scalable solutions with engineering partners, and drive on-time delivery across global teams.

You should have 8+ years of cross-functional program delivery, 5+ years in software development life cycles, and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven experience delivering cross functional programs and projects.
• 5+ years experience with software development lifecycles, 4+ years delivering Agile projects.
• 2+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment with multiple dependent platforms and shared services.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain hands‑on relationships with business, finance, and operations teams to deeply understand their needs
• Translate business requirements into innovative, scalable solutions in partnership with engineering teams
• Take full ownership and personal accountability for the successful delivery of your projects
• Independently lead multiple concurrent programs and projects through the entire lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, delivery, and prioritization
• Drive on‑time delivery and deployment by establishing clear checkpoints and milestones
• Proactively communicate status updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders
• Bring clarity, structure, and focus to ambiguous situations in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Approach challenges with curiosity, continuously seeking to understand how systems and processes work
• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the global organization through delivery of high‑impact projects and programs

The global eBusiness is part of IS&T team, responsible for delivering system connectivity both internally and externally using industry standard solutions and in-house developed systems and platforms. We are seeking a program/project manager to work in our PMO. Our PMO leads all our global strategic initiatives while working with leading edge technologies. You will have a background in engineering and project management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with software development lifecycles, 4+ years delivering Agile projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrations and Supply Chain background or knowledge is a plus.
• Excels in relationship building with strong ability to connect with people at all levels and develop partnerships.
• Overall, a highly driven, results‑oriented, problem solver who will drive programs to deliver value quickly to our customers.
• PMP or any equivalent professional project management certification.
• Experience using GenAI tools is desirable.
