If you are a technical strategist who views AI not just as a feature, but as a fundamental shift in engineering productivity and product experience, let’s talk.

Why This Role?

This isn't a "maintenance" leadership role. You will be the primary driver of AI adoption across our product suite and our internal SDLC. You’ll lead a high-performing team to build scalable, accessible, and intelligent EdTech solutions.

• Lead & Scale: Mentor a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
• Architect the Future: Own the technical roadmap for modern React/TypeScript applications and robust Java/Spring Boot backends.
• Champion AI: Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the user journey and leverage AI tools to 10x developer productivity.
• Drive Execution: Partner with Product and UX to turn vision into reality, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term architectural health.

Who You Are

• The Veteran: 13+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in a dedicated leadership role.
• The Architect: Deeply technical in React/TS and SaaS distributed systems (AWS).
• The Innovator: You have a proven track record of integrating AI/ML into applications and engineering workflows.
• The Mission-Driven Leader: You care about Accessibility (WCAG) and are passionate about education outcomes.
• Impact: Build tech that directly improves global education.
• Innovation: Lead the charge in AI-first engineering strategy.
• Growth: Direct influence on organizational strategy and technical excellence.
