Position Overview - Engineering Manager: As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. This multifaceted role combines technical proficiency with an entrepreneurial spirit, as you work alongside the leadership team to build and manage the engineering team while driving the development of innovative products or services.

You will collaborate closely with our product team to create user experiences that cater to our clients and their end consumers. Your pivotal role will involve enhancing the value of our platform through the efficient development and delivery of product features.

• Define the technical architecture and guide its evolution.

• Stay current with technology trends and integrate emerging technologies into our product.
• Manage the engineering budget efficiently.
• Optimize costs while maintaining product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, information systems, or equivalent)
• 6+ years of software development experience and are an engineer at heart
• Experience in building scalable product
• Hands-on technical leadership with proven ability to recruit high performance talent
• High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem
• Experience building E2E Application right from backend database to persistent layer
• Experience UI technologies Angular, react.js, Node.js or fullstack environment will be preferred
• Experience with NoSQL technologies (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Dynamodb, etc.)
• Strong understanding of modern technology architecture
• Should have a strong grasp in one of the following languages - (Javascript/Golang/Java/Python3). Javascript will be preferred
• Good understanding of Cloud Services (AWS is preferred).
• Should have hands-on experience in setting up an infrastructure from scratch
• Good System design skills considering scalability and fault tolerant applications
