You Do :

• Lead and empower engineering team to align with organization’s objective.
• Understand Business requirement and Product specification and translate in to technical specifications
• Design Core backend components of Product and drive engineers towards implementation.
• Jump in to the implementation for complex product development as needed.
• Review Product Quality and manage agile engineering processes for better productivity.

You Have :

• Experience of System Design and Architecture by learning business or product specifications.
• Strong in fundamentals of computer science concepts. (Data Structure, Algorithms)
• Strong ability to work with engineers and lead the team to make product release goals.
• Hands on experience in coding backend (Java, REST, Database).
• Experience of developing scalable and high performance enterprise platform.
• Total 5+ years of professional experience in IT Industry.
