PeopleStrong is seeking an Engineering Delivery Lead - Gen AI to drive AI-powered transformation for global pharma and life sciences clients. You will combine pharma domain expertise with advanced AI capabilities to solve complex business challenges across drug development and commercialization lifecycles.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define AI roadmaps, and manage executive stakeholders to deliver measurable ROI and delivery excellence across multiple analytics domains.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Biotech industries.
• Expertise in Commercial Analytics, Oncology Analytics, Patient Analytics, Brand Analytics, Market Access Analytics, Launch Excellence, Medical Affairs Analytics, Real World Evidence (RWE).
• Experience with NLP, GenAI, and enterprise-grade AI deployments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar client engagements and translate AI into ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, ML, and GenAI engagements across Commercial Pharma, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical domains.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and Conversational AI.
• Oversee AI adoption roadmaps, governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
• Manage cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver delivery excellence.
• Own account growth, resource planning, and program governance.

The individual will combine deep Pharma domain expertise with advanced capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Commercial Analytics to solve complex business challenges and create measurable business impact across the drug development and commercialization lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI, ML, and GenAI engagements across Commercial Pharma, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Analytics, and Clinical domains.
• Partner with pharmaceutical clients to identify high-value AI use cases and convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Knowledge Graphs, and Conversational AI.
• Build AI-powered solutions for:
