Job Title: Engineering Applications Manager – Oil & Gas EPC

Experience: 15+ years | Education: BE/BSc in Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Applications Manager to lead the selection, optimization, and management of engineering & design software for large offshore and onshore oil & gas projects. You will work closely with discipline heads, IT, and project leadership to ensure our software tools deliver maximum productivity, cost savings, and alignment with digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AVEVA, SmartPlant 3D, and other engineering design tools across disciplines.
• Lead budgeting, licensing, and vendor negotiations for software.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Integrate 3D model data with material management systems.
• Guide system administrators and 3D coordinators.
• Stay updated on software trends and recommend upgrades.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in offshore/onshore oil & gas with EPC/consultants.
• AVEVA/SP3D administrator certification an advantage.
• Strong budgeting, software implementation, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of international codes, standards, and project execution strategies.
