Experience & Qualifications

• Computer Science Graduate or Equivalent Degree.

• Experience: 2 to 4 years overall.

• Language: Foundational knowledge of Python (loops, functions, and working with JSON data).

• Cloud Computing: AWS / GCP.

• OS Basics: Proficiency in the Linux CLI (navigating directories, file manipulation, and permissions).

• The "Automation Mindset": A strong desire to solve problems through logic rather than manual effort.

• Communication: Ability to explain why a certain logic was used in your code.

• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.

• Interest in Cybersecurity.

• AI Fundamentals.

What You’ll Do

• Build solutions to connect cybersecurity platforms, and automate repetitive processes for consistency and reliability.

• Use software engineering best practices such as source control, test-driven development, and CI/CD.

• Participate in sprint planning and future work streams.

• Participate in business analysis, systems analysis/consulting, and system design.

• Participate in necessary software investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine solution feasibility.

• Learn the various platforms and technology to secure the cloud, business, and its interests.

• Utilize a Secure Software Development Lifecycle approach to all software development efforts.

• Utilise Gen AI embedded through Cloud Platforms or third party applications.

• Understand the fundamentals of prompting techniques.

• Make a choice for the right AI model to tailor the solutions.

• Apply / follow the guardrails to keep our data secure.
