Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring of the Quality Management System in JEPL.
• Serve as the customer representative on premises and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead internal audit management including QMS, Process, and Product audits.
• Conduct monthly audits and ensure timely NC analysis and closure.
• Implement countermeasures based on root cause analysis findings.

Key Roles

• Lead the monitoring of the Quality Management System in JEPL.
• Serve as the customer representative on premises and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quickly respond and follow up abnormal situations at workshop.

Responsible area: APG - Plant - 601

Quality interface when customer audit will be done in production facility related to new product PPAP and customer‑related quality system audits / third‑party audits.

Internal Audit Management

Lead the internal audit management (QMS audit / Process audit / Product audit schedule and perform as per requirements).

• Perform Internal/Process/Product and Layer‑Process‑Audit/Countermeasure‑Effectiveness‑Verification Audit on a monthly basis and follow up the W3‑Items.
• Ensure audit NC analysis and closure (W3) as per timeline.

Communicate with customer‑specific requirements across the plant.

Co‑ordinate to evaluate department‑wise risk assessment / contingency plan.

Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure

Lead the Root cause analysis for customer situations for development / zero‑km (SOP + Safelauch) following the 8D / PDCA / FTA methodology.

Implement countermeasure (sorting/repair/others) and update the horizontal deployment & standardization (FMEA, Control plan, Work instruction & Checksheet).

Reporting

Provide monthly reports and product data to JEPL and HQ/China/Europe Corporate functions that can help analyze problems, improve quality quickly and prevent reoccurrence.
