Egis Road Operation India is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in Plumbing and Fire Fighting design for roles in Nagpur. You will prepare design calculations, specifications, and BOQs, coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure compliant, efficient infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and have 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a track record of ensuring design deliverables meet local authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculations, specifications, BOQs, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, and process engineering teams.
• Review vendor submittals and shop drawings.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
• Support construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables.
