ftprotech in Bengaluru, India seeks a skilled firmware/driver developer to work on C/C++ projects with emphasis on Windows and Linux driver stacks. You will engage with RTOS, I2C/SMBUS, and hardware interfaces while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Prior hardware schematics exposure is a plus, as is JTAG debugging experience.

Strong communication and a learning mindset are essential as you navigate OS concepts across platforms in a challenging embedded environment.

Competenze

• Strong C/C++ programming/debugging skills.
• Understanding of Visual Studio IDE and MSBUILD based development environment.
• Good understanding of Windows internals/WDF driver development framework.
• Good understanding of Linux driver development framework.
• Strong understanding of operating systems concepts such as Process/Threads/IPC.
• Strong understanding of Embedded Environment, RTOS, I2C, SMBUS Protocols.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and motivation to learn.
• Ability to co-ordinate across stakeholders and task management.
• Preferred Exposure to Hardware Schematics
• Preferred Exposure to Linux Operating Systems and environment, OS concepts
• Preferred Exposure to MAC and PHY Concepts on any OS
• Preferred Exposure to JTAG debugging.
