Job summary

LPL Financial Global Capability Center in Hyderabad is seeking an Engineer II to design and deliver highly available, mission-critical systems for our Wealth Management Account Lifecycle Management team. This hands-on role requires building cloud-native and on-prem services and guiding teams through the full product lifecycle.

You will work with engineering leads, architecture, product, and business partners to ensure quality, scalability, and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing complex systems in Web, .NET stack, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with cloud infra knowledge.
• 2+ years with .NET Core, SQL/Postgres, and microservices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Developer with 4+ years of overall experience in design and implementation of complex systems in Web, .Net stack and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with deep knowledge of software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core, SQL/Postgres, Microservices.
• Proven experience with Testing, CI/CD practices, and mission-critical application support.
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker

• Strong technical competency, communication skills and ability to interface with other members of the team
• Experience in designing scalable APIs and cloud‑native architectures.
• Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in Agile environments.

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Financial Services or highly regulated industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
