Job summary

Aristocrat in India is seeking an Engineer II - C++ Developer to join our Studio. You will collaborate with artists, game mathematicians, game developers and test engineers to deliver high-quality casino games for the global market.

The role covers analyzing requirements, developing slot games across cabinets and markets, and participating in coding, reviews, unit tests, and memory profiling to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C++ on Linux and familiar with memory profiling.
• Strong understanding of OO design, algorithms and data structures.
• Solid grasp of the software development life cycle and engineering fundamentals.
• Computer Science education (B Tech/BE/MCA).

What You’ll Do

• Analyze game requirements alongside technical leads and game designers.
• Develop slot games for various cabinets and markets, ensuring compliance with complex game mathematics and arts integration.
• Engage in the full development process, including coding, code reviews, unit testing, and memory profiling.
• Aim for high-quality game development and timely market delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in software development.
• Proven programming skills in C++ within a Linux operating system environment.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented build, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and engineering fundamentals.
• Computer Science education (B Tech/BE/MCA).
