Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking an Engineer II in Bengaluru to support manufacturing planning for aircraft parts and assemblies. You will develop build strategies, document guidelines, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure schedules stay on target.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SAP, Enovia, Catia, BOMs, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position with Textron’s manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• AME / BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical or Aeronautical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing methods, engineering drawings, and BOMs.
• Proficiency with SAP, Enovia, Catia, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing planning of aircraft parts and assemblies using SAP, Enovia, Catia, and other tools.
• Develop planning and build strategies to keep schedules on target.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manufacturing planning of aircraft parts and assemblies using various tools such as SAP, Enovia, Catia, etc.
• Developing planning and build strategies to ensure schedules remain on target.
• Developing standard documentation, guidelines for the overall planning process.
• Coordinating with various departments on a regular basis to understand the project / task scope and executing promptly.
• Reviewing data, preparing presentations, writing reports as needed.
