Job description

• Software Logic Development in Automation Platform Siemens/Rockwell

• FDS write-up and development.

• Incorporating MES Reports using different in-house MES Products & Tools.

• Onsite commissioning activities.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Dairy / Food / Beverages / Brewery / Pharma / Chemical Industry.

• Background in control systems software design for process/equipment control.

• Experience with automation platforms such as Siemens - TIA Portal, STEP7, WinCC, or Rockwell - Control Logix (Studio 5000), FTView (SE & ME).

• Experience with programming languages on S88 standard e.g., ladder, SCL, STL, FBD.

• Strong skills in software logic development and SCADA Screen development. Basic knowledge of MES.

• Experience with Danfoss/SIEMENS/Rockwell VFD.

• Experience in preparing Functional Descriptions.

• Basic understanding of Electrical drawings and Panel FAT.

• Basic knowledge of P&ID drawings.

• Basic knowledge of Field Instruments and their working principles.

• Extensive onsite commissioning experience.

• Knowledge of Profibus/Profinet and Industrial Ethernet Network components. Hands-on experience with PLC hardware configuration & networking.

• Experience in engineering activities from system design to commissioning.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.

• Process knowledge is an advantage.

• Experience with Ignition and Wonderware software is a plus.
