Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Analyst to support local HR teams, act as a subject matter expert for HR policies, and manage sensitive employee situations including investigations and disciplinary action.

The role drives end-to-end ER programs, leading change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal/external communications in alignment with the ER agenda.

You will develop analytics-based reviews and maintain knowledge resources to support Leadership with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a policy counsel and subject matter expert for HR policies to HR representatives.
• Support local HR teams in managing sensitive employee situations and review misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action.
• Assist the Corporate Investigations team in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting local employee investigations.
• Assess policy issues in regard to legal risk; work with legal advisors to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Proactively lead the delivery and deployment of new ER practices and review/redefine existing ones.
• Ensure continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing changes and innovative solutions.
• Develop metrics and leverage analytics to track progress of ER programs and create leadership review decks.
• Build and maintain an online repository of knowledge updates and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
