Seven Oaks Pet Hospital in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Emergency Night-Shift Veterinarian to join the dedicated night team. The role requires a BVSc & AH / MVSc and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

You will handle emergencies, provide stabilization, and collaborate with senior veterinarians for complex cases. The position offers night-shift exposure in a multi-disciplinary hospital with modern facilities, focusing on critical care and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• BVSc & AH / MVSc or equivalent veterinary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to handle emergency cases independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle emergency and critical cases during night hours.
• Perform emergency consultations, stabilization, and necessary procedures.
• Monitor hospitalized and critical patients.
• Manage trauma, poisoning, respiratory distress, seizures, and other emergencies.
• Perform emergency surgeries/procedures when required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper handover to the day team.
• Work closely with senior veterinarians and the hospital emergency team.

Position: Emergency Night-Shift Veterinarian

Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Shift: Night Shift – Emergency & Critical Care

Key Responsibilities

• Handle emergency and critical cases during night hours
• Perform emergency consultations, stabilization, and necessary procedures
• Monitor hospitalized and critical patients
• Manage trauma, poisoning, respiratory distress, seizures, and other emergencies
• Perform emergency surgeries/procedures when required
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper handover to the day team
• Work closely with senior veterinarians and the hospital emergency team

Candidate Profile

• BVSc & AH / MVSc or equivalent veterinary qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong interest in Emergency & Critical Care
• Ability to handle emergency cases independently
• Good communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Candidates with experience in emergency practice, ICU, or multi-specialty pet hospitals will be preferred
