Job summary

Candescent is seeking an Embedded DevOps Engineer III to work closely with product teams in Bangalore to production-readiness and scalable cloud deployments.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and incident response, enabling safe and repeatable deployments from development to production in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science required or equivalent.
• 6-9 years of product/fintech domain experience preferred.
• Must-have: strong ownership and ability to work embedded with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable production-readiness of services in GCP with CI/CD pipelines.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles.
• Develop IaC to deploy services (containers/VMs, secrets, load balancers, certs).
• Serve as first responder for production incidents and drive resolution with SRE/Dev teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to self-service frameworks for developers.
