Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking an energetic relationship professional to develop and expand high net worth client banking relationships, focusing on liabilities and commercial assets, with a strong service orientation.

You will cross-sell products, inform customers of new offerings, plan sales initiatives, coordinate with group companies, maintain complete relationship records, and monitor customer queries for satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth clients.
• Strong understanding of commercial assets (CC, OD, TL, Export Finance).
• Knowledge of mutual funds and insurance is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to drive sales.

• Develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers.
• Provide high levels of customer service and adhere to bank policy.
• Cross-sell existing bank products to customers.

• Coordinate with group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
• Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts.

About The Role

Job Requirements

• Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
• Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc
• Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation,
• High energy and drive.
