Elite Relationship Manager

We are seeking a high-performing and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

Responsibilities
  • Acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products.
  • Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
  • Educate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  • Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
