Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical to lead the construction, erection, and commissioning of high-voltage substations (33/250 KV in Gujarat and 220/400 KV in Gujarat). The ideal candidate will bring a strong electrical engineering background, proven project management expertise, and hands‑on experience managing substation projects from inception through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of substation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Supervise erection, commissioning, and testing activities of substations, ensuring adherence to technical standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, and commissioning to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to minimize project delays.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project operations.

Must-Have Key Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in construction, erection, and commissioning of high-voltage substations (33/250 KV or 220/400 KV).
