Job summary

Bayone Techno is seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Automated Test Equipment. The role requires designing electrical schematics, preparing BOMs, and leading control panel and cable harness development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, 7-10 years total experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building and deploying Automated Test Equipment.
• Experience with electrical schematics, BOM, control panels and cable harnesses.
• Travel for site deployment and commissioning for 2–3 weeks during projects.
• Ability to communicate across teams and draft concept with cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• SOW creation and detailed design with schematics/drawings.
• Prepare BOMs and conduct design reviews.
• Coordinate software, mechanical interactions and test procedures.
• Provide regular project updates to PM and manager.
• Procure parts with vendor and sourcing teams.
• Build, debug, validate test fixtures; deploy at site.
• Create test procedures and support site commissioning.

Experience: Below are the details of R&R for Electrical Engineer

• Able to handle the projects from start to deployment and commissioning
• Part of each project (New/upgrade), Engineer able to perform following tasks

• SOW Creation
• Details design with schematic/drawings
• Detail BOM
• Design reviews
• Software, Mechanical interactions
• Regular Project updates to PM and Manager
• Parts procurement which involves Vendor and sourcing team interaction
• Test Fixture build, debug, validate
• Test fixture deployment and commissioning at site, which requires travel for 2-3 Weeks
• Create Test Procedures

• Excellent Hands-on experience in designing, building and deploying Automated Test Equipment
• Highly experienced in designing electrical schematics, BOM preparation, control panel and cable harnesses
• Hands-on experience in field deployment, troubleshooting issues and documentation
• Excellent Communication skills within team and cross functional teams
• Good understanding on project requirement, statement of work and ability to independently provide concept with lead time and cost proposal

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience. 7-10 years of total experience.

• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Power distribution system
• Design for Safety and Ergonomics requirements
• Pneumatic circuits, Vacuum circuits and component selection
• Value add if has good knowledge on fluid system and mechanics
• Noise isolation, grounding techniques, Signal condition

• SEMI S2, S8 standards
