Synthires is seeking experienced electrical engineers to contribute to advanced AI evaluation projects. You will design real-world engineering scenarios, create reference solutions, and assess AI-generated outputs to improve next-generation systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical engineering or leadership roles, strong knowledge of power systems, circuit design, embedded systems, and standards such as IEC/IEEE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Engineering Lead in technology, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related sectors.
• Experience with power systems, circuit design, embedded systems, semiconductor design, PCB development, or control systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering standards including IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70, NESC, UL, or FCC requirements.
• Familiarity with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, and enterprise PLM/EDA platforms.
• Excellent analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• PE, CEng, EUR ING, or equivalent credentials are a plus.

• Create reference engineering analyses, technical specifications, and executive-level engineering documentation.

• Apply industry methodologies including circuit analysis, EMC/EMI compliance, reliability engineering, and control systems principles.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency, quality, and technical rigor across deliverables.

Compensation
