Job summary

Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech) in Pune, Maharashtra, India, seeks an experienced Electrical Consultant to design, analyze, and implement power distribution solutions. The role requires deep electrical engineering expertise and collaboration with clients and software teams to deliver high-impact results.

The candidate will lead requirement analysis, validate solutions, and coordinate with development teams to translate needs into practical workflows.

Qualifications

• BE or above in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 8+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering or power systems.
• Strong understanding of power distribution circuits and electrical workflows.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics.
• Hands-on familiarity with ECAD applications, preferably Zuken.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and software teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze power distribution circuits, electrical systems, and associated workflows.
• Gather, review, and interpret project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for electrical engineering-related aspects of projects.
• Coordinate with development teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients throughout project execution, including requirement clarification, reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Validate implemented solutions against project requirements and industry standards.
• Perform testing and verification of workflows and system functionality.
• Identify issues, recommend improvements, and support successful project delivery.
• Prepare and review technical documentation as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Consultant to support the design, analysis, and implementation of solutions related to power distribution systems. Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor’s Degree (BE) or Postgraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed full-time institute.
• 8+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of power distribution circuits and electrical system workflows.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical circuit diagrams/schematics.
• Hands-on familiarity with ECAD applications, preferably Zuken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting directly with clients.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and software development teams.
