Job summary

o9 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Education Architect - Technical to conduct instructor-led workshops and help develop the training framework for the o9 Platform. You will collaborate with Senior Architects to tailor workshop agendas and improve knowledge repositories.

Strong technical understanding across Java, Python, SQL and related tools is essential. The role emphasizes learner-centric delivery, clear communication, and ongoing upskilling to support enterprise planning and AI-powered

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical training, academic teaching or software development/implementation experience.
• Technical understanding of one or more technologies like JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL (databases), ML techniques, Cloud, Big Data is required.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants.
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated Products.
• Assist Senior Architects in assessing workshop training requirements and drafting targeted agenda for the workshop.
• Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge repositories based on learnings.
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional designers for rebuilding course materials and updates.
• Capture and provide feedback about candidates on technical and functional skills/learning to reporting managers.
• Monitor the feedback of the Workshop that he/she conducts on a Quarterly basis.

What you’ll do for us…

• Conduct instructor‑led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated Products
• Assist Senior Architects in assessing workshop training requirements and drafting targeted agenda for the workshop
• Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge repositories based on learnings
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional designers constantly for rebuilding course materials, make relevant updates to existing Courses/Programs, providing answers to Learner’s queries
• Actively support the infrastructure management to ensure the smooth functioning of training workshops
• Capture and provide feedback about candidates on technical and functional skills/learning to respective reporting managers
• Monitor the feedback of the Workshop that he/she conducts on a Quarterly basis

What you’ll have… Skills & Experience:

• Technical understanding of one or more technologies like JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL (databases), ML techniques, Cloud, Big Data, etc. is required.
• Basic understanding of the Business Planning domain in different industries is expected
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation is required
• Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL), Data Analytics, or similar is optional but preferred.
• 2-5 years of technical training, academic teaching, or software development/implementation experience is preferred

• Quick thinking on the feet & ability to relate to the audience and respond
• Possess a continuous learning & upskilling attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a MUST. Structured and organized in working style. Ability to work with a team.
