What you will do

• Define and uphold editorial standards across all IHS publications
• Review, edit, and refine long‑form content before publication
• Work closely with writers and researchers to strengthen arguments and improve clarity
• Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and quality across all outputs
• Shape the editorial direction for newsletters, articles, and future publications
• Ensure that published work is not just readable, but logically sound and defensible

Experience

6–10 years in editorial roles, publishing, research, journalism, or knowledge‑led organizations

Strong experience working with long‑form, structured, or analytical content

Demonstrated ability to edit for clarity, argument strength, and conceptual accuracy

Experience working with writers and improving content through iteration

Exposure to research‑driven or intellectually rigorous environments preferred
