• Hands-on Python, R, SQL and data analytics skills.
• Knowledge of the Indian economy, public policy, trade and financial markets.
• Experience writing white papers, research reports and policy briefs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Expertise in Economic Impact Assessment (EIA), Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Policy Evaluation
• Strong macroeconomic analysis and forecasting experience
• Advanced econometrics, quantitative modeling and data science skills
