Requirements

• Experience in Retail or E-Commerce domains such as Retail Operations, Merchandising, Category Management, or Supply Chain Planning
• Graduate-level education in a related field is acceptable
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, open-to-buy budgeting, KPI analysis, and merchandising metrics
• Experience building retail assets like inventory models, planograms, dashboards, or content libraries
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Access to a desktop or laptop (no Chromebooks)
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule
