Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Lead – Flo Mattress

Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai

Can you grow a marketplace the way a perfect mattress grows dreams?

We’re not just looking for someone who knows their way around Amazon and Flipkart—we want someone who owns it. If you’ve scaled listings from zero to hero, navigated Seller Central blindfolded, and turned FBA and MFN into second nature, we need you.

And if you’ve cracked the code of selling on quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, or Instamart, that’s even better. Because we’re dreaming bigger—and faster.

What You Bring To The Mattress (and The Brand)
  • A proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and ideally Zepto, Blinkit, or other Q-commerce platforms—back it up with numbers from Month 1 to Month 24.
  • Deep knowledge of marketplace mechanics: FBA, Flex, MFN, A-to-Z claims, etc.
  • Mastery of the levers that drive growth—PPC campaigns, bundling strategies, competitive pricing, content optimization, reviews, and limited-time deals.
  • A knack for quick learning—whether it’s picking up a new dashboard, cracking a new algo, or testing a new marketing tactic.
We’re Dreaming Of Someone Who Has
  • 4–6 years of experience growing D2C brands on Amazon, Flipkart, and ideally, Q-commerce platforms like Zepto or Blinkit.
  • Solid understanding of Seller Central, advertising platforms, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience managing or directly influencing P&L—or the hunger to step into that ownership role.
  • Comfort with both data (Excel, dashboards, KPIs) and creativity (product storytelling, promo campaigns, engaging copy).
  • A startup mindset—resourceful, resilient, and excited to build something that’s making India sleep better, faster.
