Ecolab in Pune, India is seeking a Senior Manager – Record to Report to lead the fixed assets and banking accounting processes across our global operations. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management of RTR activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will drive KPI tracking, stakeholder engagement, and a high-performance culture, mentoring a large team, optimizing processes, and ensuring SOX controls, US GAAP compliance, and SAP integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance and 15–20 years of significant work experience with at least 10+ years managing large teams.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting (i.e. Sox).
• Knowledge of SAP (GL, CO, BI) and payroll/financial accounting incl. US GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ecolab is searching for a driven Senior Manager – Record to Report for our Finance Operations division in Pune, India.

This is a key role responsible for leading and coordinating the accounting process pertaining to Fixed Assets and Banking across the global operations of the company.

What You Will Do:

• – Responsible to contribute to achieve the RTR Accounting implementation project timelines defined by the company.
• – Effective stakeholder management.
• – Manage the operational activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
• – Coordinate the activities of team members.
• – Ensuring KPI’s are continuously tracked and maintained.
• – Drive a strong performance culture with the team.

• – Responsible of preparation / review of the Key Performance Metrics (KPI’s).
• – Responsible to keep up to date the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• – Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects or efficiency opportunities.
• – Participate and/or coordinate writing, updating and defining desktop procedures, Policies and Narratives.
• – Support knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• – Degree in accounting or finance and 15 – 20 years of significant work experience with at least 10+ years’ experience of managing large teams.

• – Strong written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
