Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a P&C Pricing Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to support pricing and rating solutions for global clients. You will work with Earnix Pricing, Guidewire, or Duck Creek platforms to model pricing, define rating rules, and translate pricing requirements into technical implementations.

The role offers collaboration with actuarial, business, and technology teams, exposure to global insurance pricing initiatives, and growth in insurance

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in P&C insurance pricing and rating.
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Pricing; IT is highly preferred.
• Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek is a plus.
• Solid understanding of P&C products, pricing methodologies, and rating processes.
• Hands-on experience with rating engines, rating rules, and pricing models.

P&C Pricing Analyst Earnix / Guidewire / Duck Creek – 3–6 Years –

We are hiring a P&C Pricing Analyst – 3–6 Years for a leading global analytics and digital transformation organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in P&C Insurance, Insurance Pricing, Rating Engines, Earnix Pricing, Guidewire Rating, Duck Creek Rating, Pricing Models, and Rating Rules who can support the development and implementation of insurance pricing and rating solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

1. Support configuration, enhancement, and implementation of P&C insurance pricing and rating solutions.
2. Develop and maintain pricing models, rating rules, and pricing strategies using Earnix, Guidewire, or Duck Creek platforms.
3. Translate business and pricing requirements into effective technical solutions.
4. Collaborate with actuarial, business, technology, and product teams to deliver pricing and rating projects.
5. Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation of pricing and rating solutions.
6. Analyze insurance requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing and rating processes.

Requirements

1. Graduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in P&C insurance pricing and rating.
2. Strong hands‑on experience in Earnix Pricing / Earnix IT is highly preferred.
3. Candidates with Guidewire or Duck Creek experience, along with strong P&C insurance rating expertise, will also be considered.
4. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, pricing methodologies, and rating processes.
5. Hands‑on experience with rating engines, rating rules, pricing models, or insurance technology platforms.
