Job summary

LIFE Educare Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an Early Years Facilitator at our Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad campus. You will plan, deliver age-appropriate learning experiences and foster a safe, nurturing classroom that supports holistic child development.

The role emphasizes play- and activity-based teaching, with focus on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Immediate joining is preferred, with a preference for Cambridge Primary exposure and strong parent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate with teacher training or ECE qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary teaching preferred.
• Cambridge Primary exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for early years students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
• Observe and assess children's progress and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities and school events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies and procedures.
