Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare in Hyderabad is hiring female graduates with energy to work with young children. A degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) or any graduation is preferred, with at least 2 years of teaching experience.

The role focuses on classroom operations, daily lesson plan execution, and meeting children's basic needs, including activities, meals, and naps. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus; timings are 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred or any graduation.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Female graduates preferred.

• Looking after young children’s basic needs such as engaging them in activities, feeding meals, and putting them to nap.
• Maintaining order and inculcating good manners and values.
• Be a team player who can work with other teachers and centre staff.
• Arrive on time for work or contact the Center when delayed.
• Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice for absences.
• Come to work with a positive attitude.
• Approach criticism with a learning attitude and communicate directly.
