Job summary

Axis Bank seeks a senior Capability PM in Enterprise AI to lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across a portfolio of programs. The role collaborates with business, technology, and risk teams to embed AI into banking workflows and achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include building scalable AI capabilities (Voice, Video Analytics, Doc, Knowledge Management), driving business impact, and ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields/ top-tier MBA.
• 8+ years of experience in BFSI in digital strategy & transformation / AI/ML / analytics.
• Certifications in AI, Data Science.

• Ensure adherence to governance principles and relevant regulations, working as required with assurance functions
• Prepare periodic updates to leadership, Board & investors

About the Role

This is a high visibility role that drives capability building and business outcomes from a portfolio of key AI initiatives, collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to embed AI into banking workflows in a sustainable manner.

Key Responsibilities
