A leading industrial company in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and senior leadership. This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, focusing on stakeholder management, communication, and project management. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, preparing reports, managing meetings, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. A graduate degree or MBA is preferred.
Act as the primary liaison between the Executive Director and stakeholders (Internal and External). Track and follow up on key Trade business initiatives and strategic action items with the stakeholders.
Basis inputs from Reporting Manager, responsible for Drafting and managing professional communication and correspondence with all concerned within and outside organization. Plan, Facilitate & Engage with key stakeholders for Official Meetings chaired by the Reporting Manager and release Minutes and take follow up on closing action plans of such meetings.
Prepare business reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations on a regular basis and circulate the same to concerned. Solicit inputs for critical initiatives driven by Reporting Manager and support in timely closure of reports / projects.
Take initiative in leading Enterprise / Function / Department level projects headed by Reporting Manager and facilitate updates to all key stakeholders during the project to enable timely closure of milestones and overall project.
Support Reporting Manager with administrative & logistics support for events, projects wherever necessary.
