Responsibilities

• Process customer orders promptly and verify payment details.
• Print and attach barcodes/labels to each product or shipment.
• Coordinate EPA shipping schedules and related compliance tasks.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the team.
• Manage post-purchase issues including returns and refunds.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to sustain service quality.
