Job summary

JRV Industries is hiring for a finance support role based in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri. The candidate will reconcile ecommerce sales from Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify, maintain daily MIS in MS Office/Google Sheets, and assist in budgeting, audits and planning.

Knowledge of Tally Prime and B2B invoicing with e-invoice/e-way bills is required, along with daily verification of purchases and bank reconciliations. The role demands accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience reconciling ecommerce sales from platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
• Proficient with MS Office / Google Sheets for daily MIS updates.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and purchase verification.

• Reconcilation of E-Commerce Sale from respective Platforms i.e Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify
• Must Knowledge of MS Office (Google Spreadsheet)
• Update MIS on daily basis
• Assit in Financial Audit & Tax Audit
• Assist in Budgeting and Planning
• Knowledge of Tally Prime
• Working on B2B Invoicing with knowledge of e-invoice & e-way bill and ecommerce invoices.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Verify and Update Purchase on Daily basis
• Prepare Checklist of Expenses & Purchase for Approval
