Job summary

Iflowtech Solutions is seeking a Dynamics 365 Manufacturing & Production Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations and support across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The role requires 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and ERP consulting, with hands-on design, configuration, and training responsibilities.

The candidate will lead workshops, define processes, and optimize production planning, inventory, and quality management using Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Production modules.
• Conduct business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Analyze manufacturing operations and recommend best practices using Dynamics 365 SCM capabilities.
• Configure and implement modules including Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Quality Management, Cost Management.
• Design production models for discrete, process, and lean manufacturing, and support product lifecycle and engineering change management processes.
• Production & Planning responsibilities: BOMs, routes, capacity planning, resource scheduling, forecasting, MRP/master planning, production orders, cost optimization.
• Project Delivery & Support: functional design docs, process flows, testing, go-live, post-go-live improvements.
• Technical & Integration knowledge: DMF, LCS, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure integrations, ER; MES and barcode/third-party integrations preferred.

Functional Consulting & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and Production modules.

Configure and implement modules including:

• Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Lead UAT sessions, training workshops, cutover, and go-live support.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and governance processes.

Technical & Integration Knowledge

• Understanding of:
• Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Lifecycle Services (LCS)
• Power Platform
• Power BI
• Azure integrations
• Electronic Reporting (ER)
• Exposure to MES, barcode scanning, and third-party manufacturing integrations is preferred.
