We at Coforge are hiring for Duck Creek Policy Developer with the following skillset:

• Design and build Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products using the Duck Creek platform.
• Document technical and solution approaches for projects.
• Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews within the Duck Creek environment.
• Coach and support team members in project delivery.
• Deep understanding of Duck Creek Policy configuration.
• Experience in manuscript coding and configuration using Duck Creek tools such as Product Studio.
• Hands‑on experience with DCT Pages, Rating, Forms, and workflow management.
• Proficient in debugging tools such as TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor, and Data Tester.
• Experience with third‑party integrations (EDI, 3PL, and non‑SAP systems).
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSL, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Duck Creek product versions 4.x, 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x.
• Experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2016), including stored procedures, triggers, and user‑defined functions.

Preferred Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including coaching and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization or an equivalent qualification.
