Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an experienced Duck Creek Insights Ingestion Lead Developer to design, develop, and manage data ingestion pipelines into Duck Creek Insights. The role requires leading technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions and working with cloud platforms like Azure for ingestion and storage.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in software/data engineering, hands-on Duck Creek experience, strong SQL and .NET skills, and proven leadership in Agile

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software/data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Insights and Duck Creek platform.
• Strong expertise in data ingestion, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., .Net).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and Duck Creek functional teams to define data requirements.

• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion and integration issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage deployments, code reviews, and best practice for development.
