Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Maharashtra, India, is seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to drive end-to-end software products in AI acceleration initiatives. You will prototype code, participate in code reviews, break down stories into tasks, and expand your expertise into cloud, full-stack engineering and DevOps.

You will collaborate across Product, Data Science, UI/UX, and Business stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI solutions, implement CI/CD, and contribute to best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-13 years of software development experience with architecture knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Gen AI/Agentic AI tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and security aspects.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex end-to-end software products from design to deployment.

Role Summary

The AI Acceleration (AIA) function within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) is the single, business‑led engine that owns the design, delivery, and scale‑up of priority AI capabilities across Commercial. AIA works in tight collaboration with various the company functions to deploy and maintain production‑grade AI solutions that simplify how we work and drive measurable value across all processes.

As a Full‑stack Software Engineer, you will be involved in complex software development tasks in a hands‑on manner. You will prototype code and participate in code reviews, facilitate breaking down user stories into technical tasks and help manage the process by which code is delivered. Your expertise will expand into Cloud technologies, full‑stack software engineering, and DevOps.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop complex end‑to‑end software products being involved in discussions from designing the systems to productionizing and deployment
• Work closely with other Front‑end and Backend engineers to integrate workflows end‑to‑end
• Develop features and fix bugs as defined the product roadmap by working in an agile manner
• Implement best practices for engineering standards, QA/Risk Management, CI/CD, MLOps
• Work closely with cross‑functional team of Product Owners, Data Scientists, Product Designers, UI/UX Developers, Scrum Masters and business stakeholders from across the company to build end‑to‑end production solutions
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential system issues.
• Contribute to the best practices of the team and help colleagues grow.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 -13 years of experience in software development and architecture of various solutions
• Strong application development knowledge of any of the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, Oracle, RDBMS, .Net, Java
• Experience with one or more building cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP
• Experience building Gen AI and Agentic AI application using technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, Vector DB, Embeddings would be an added advantage
• Exposure to Data Engineering concepts and technologies such as PySpark, ETL, Databricks, Azure Data Fabric would be added advantage
• Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps practices and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Engineering practice experience such as code refactoring, design patterns, design‑driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
• Demonstrated track record of successfully understanding the business requirements and designing realistic and effective solutions
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Ability to clearly understand the business needs and translate them into best‑in‑class enterprise solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GxP, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI or ML solutions in production environments.
• Understanding of commercial analytics, medical content and scientific knowledge workflows
