Job summary

Tata Electronics Private Limited is seeking a PDK Runset Developer Lead (DRC mainly/ LVS exp is a plus) to lead end-to-end Runset Development from scratch. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing runsets for up to 28nm and mentor team members.

Required skills include Calibre, ICV, Pegasus, DRC methodology, and scripting with SVRF, TVF, Tcl, Python, and Perl. A Bachelor's or Master's in EE/ECE/VLSI Design is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience on DRC Runset Development.
• Proficient with Calibre, ICV, Pegasus or similar PV tools.
• Strong understanding of DRC methodology and semiconductor rules.
• Experience with SVRF, TVF, Tcl, Python, Perl scripting.
• Bachelors/Masters in EE/ECE or VLSI Design.

• Expertise in PVL / SVRF / PXL is preferred
• Ability to mentor and drive team members effectively
