Job summary

SLPP Renew LLP in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Draftsman to support EPC and biogas projects by preparing accurate engineering drawings and related documentation. The role involves collaboration with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to develop, modify, and maintain drawings for biogas and industrial projects.

You will produce 2D AutoCAD drawings, plant and equipment layouts, piping and GA drawings, and ensure timely updates and record keeping to support fabrication,

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor in Mechanical/Civil or related discipline
• Experience in drafting may be considered based on skills and project exposure
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing practices

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare plant, equipment, piping layouts and GA drawings.
• Develop drawings based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare P&ID and PFD drawings and related fabrication/installation drawings.
• Incorporate revisions based on engineering/site requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions and completeness.
• Prepare drawings for fabrication, construction, installation and site execution.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions and project documentation.
• Support site teams with drawing clarifications and updated drawings.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards and timelines.

Job Summary

SLPP Renew LLP is looking for a skilled Draftsman to support our EPC and biogas projects by preparing accurate engineering and technical drawings. The candidate will work closely with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to develop, modify, and maintain drawings for biogas and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare plant layout, equipment layout, piping layout, and GA drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and update P&ID, PFD, fabrication and installation drawings as required.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in drafting may be considered based on skills and project exposure.

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in drafting/design, preferably in EPC, industrial, biogas, renewable energy, process plant, or mechanical projects.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing practices.
• Good understanding of dimensions, layouts, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and site requirements.
