Director - Talent Acquisition at Sutherland
Job Description: .Net Architect
- Define and maintain the application architecture vision across .NET and Angular platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead the selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Create high-level and detailed design documents including data flow diagrams, component diagrams, and integration strategies.
- Oversee full-stack development efforts using .NET Core/Framework and Angular.
- Guide and mentor development teams on coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership during project planning, estimation, and execution phases.
Performance & Optimization:
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Implement monitoring and logging strategies to maintain system health.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with Lead & architect.
- Strong expertise in:
- .NET Core / .NET Framework
- C#
- Angular (v8+)
- RESTful APIs
- SQL Server / Oracle
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
