Job summary

Ensylon is seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong VB.NET experience to join our development team in Jaipur. You will develop, maintain, debug, and enhance applications using the Microsoft .NET stack, including Windows/Desktop and Web applications, and work with SQL Server and APIs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on VB.NET and .NET Framework expertise, knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and experience with Web APIs, Git, and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong Visual Basic/VB.NET experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in developing, maintaining, debugging, and enhancing applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VB.NET and the .NET Framework/.NET.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications based on business requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Windows/Desktop and/or Web applications.
• Work with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and database‑related logic.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production defects.
• Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third‑party systems.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and application performance optimization.
• Understand existing applications and perform enhancements and modifications as required.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to applications and development activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Visual Basic / VB.NET.
• Good knowledge of .NET Framework / .NET.
