• Experience in handling production support activities like production job monitoring, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions, leveraging latest technologies wherever is possible.
• Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution.
• Round the clock application support experience
• Responsible for end to end deliverable
• Co-oridinate with offshore for project support and enhancements
• Responsible for providing required metrics to the management/ provide required status report on periodically.
• Responsible for creating test data for minor/major enhancements.
