Job summary

SP Software in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned software architect to lead the design and development of .NET 8+ applications and microservices. You will define standards, architect scalable REST APIs, and build modern React-based UIs while optimizing SQL Server databases.

You will drive cloud deployments on Azure, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, mentor teams, and engage with stakeholders to ensure quality and security across products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, Microservices, React, Redux, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of .NET 8, C#, and Microservices applications.
• Define coding standards, design patterns, architecture, and development best practices.
• Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Build modern UI applications using React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
• Lead cloud development and deployment using Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor senior and junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with client development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning.
• Guide the team in effective usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
