Shift Time: 02 PM to 11 PM IST

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical Skills

• Back-End: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Front-End: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, or React.
• Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• DevOps & Tools: Git, Docker, and Azure

Advanced Support Skills

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Network & API Diagnostics: Analysing packet captures, evaluating TLS handshakes, or inspecting RESTful API payload issues

directly from system endpoints

• Thread Contention & Memory Profiling: Resolving asynchronous application deadlocks, memory leaks, and CPU spikes in the

runtime environment

• Middleware & Serialization Failures: Debugging silent errors caused by data type mismatches, payload serialization bugs, or breaking API changes between distributed systems
• Query Performance Tuning: Diagnosing slow-running transactions, query execution plan anomalies, and index fragmentation under heavy load conditions
